Welcome to the Fall 2024 Dover Soccer Association 

• Fall Soccer – 2024 – (Dover, Ohio)

• Registration is for the DSA Competitive, Wendy’s Select Soccer, and Wendy’s Little Kickers. (Kindergarten through sixth grade) 
• The Wendy’s Little Kickers (k-1st grade), Wendy’s Select soccer (1st grade – 6th grade) is open to everyone.
• Competitive soccer will have try-outs if there are open spots. Try-outs are for experienced players. If your child is interested in competitive soccer, they should be one of the better players on their select team. Contact John Loffredo if your child is interested in competitive soccer. They must register for select soccer to be eligible for competitive soccer. 
• Competitive practice will begin practicing in mid-July. Games will start in mid-August. Select soccer practice will begin in late July or early August. Games will start in mid-August for Wendy’s Select Soccer.
  • Competitive Soccer
  • •    There are try-outs for competitive soccer. If your child does not make the team, they will be placed on a select team. Not everyone will make the team. 
    •    Parents are not allowed to pick which team they are placed on. Some are formed by grades and some are formed date of birth.
    •    Competitive practices will begin in mid-July. Games will start in mid- August for Competitive soccer. 
    •    Registration ends on June 9.
    •    2 practices per week. (8 games)
    •    Games start approximately August 10. Season ends October 13.
    •    Grades 3rd grade – 6th grade
    •    Ohio Travel Soccer League– Our competitive teams play in the OTSL. www.ohtsl.com 
    •    Diamond Soccer League (Some 5th & 6th Grade girls may play in this league.) 
    •    Players are expected to be at all practices and games. If your child is playing another sport and are not going to be able to make most practices and games they should play Select soccer.
    •    Registration fee is $85. The uniform fee is $60.

    •    We are really looking players with their DOB 2015 and 2016 competitive players for the boys and girls.
• Wendy’s Select Soccer – P•    Select Soccer – (grades 2-6 – experienced 1st graders can also play Select) and the cost is $60.
  o    Registration ends June 16.
  o    We will start in late July.
  o    Practices are on Wednesdays for U8. Games are Saturday mornings. 
  o    Typically, all girls select practices are on Wednesday.
  o    The boys U10 and U12 will practice twice a week.
  o    Boys and girls play games against Navarre, Canton, Carrollton, Strasburg, Sandy Valley, and Bolivar.
  o    Experienced 1st graders can join the 2nd graders.
  o    U8 = 1st and 2nd grade (size 3 ball)
  o    U10 = 3rd and 4th grade (size 4 ball)
  o    U12 = 5th and 6th grade (size 4 ball)
  o    Games start in mid- August.
  •    $60 registration fee. All players will receive a jersey and socks. 
  •    All players need cleats, shin guards, a soccer ball, and a bottle of water.
• Wendy’s Little Kickers will begin in early August. The cost is $45 is for kindergarten & first graders.
  • •    Kindergarten and 1st graders
    •    Saturdays only between 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM. Volunteer parents will be needed to coach the teams. The practices are set up for the coaches.
    •    The Little Kickers programs will be set up with 30 minutes of fun skill activities and 30 minutes of 4 v 4 soccer games with no goalies.  
    •    The season will begin approximately August 10 and end on October 5.  No practice on Memorial Day weekend.
    •    Cancelled practices will be made up on the following Thursday.
    •    $45 registration fee. New players will receive a shirt and socks.
    •    Registration ends June 16
    •    All players will need shin guards, a soccer ball, a water bottle. Size 3 ball.

For Wendy's Little Kickers, Wendy's Select Soccer, and DSA Competitive Soccer, your child must live in Dover or attend Dover City Schools or TCCES. You may contact John Loffredo (doversoccer2011@gmail.com) if your child lives outside of Dover.

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, or checking account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Dover Soccer Association.

Please note: If the season is cancelled due to Covid-19, the Dover Soccer Association will refund registration fee minus $3 processing fee that Demoshere charges the Dover Soccer Association.
